Chef's Table Talk
Ideal for groups 2 to 16 in size. Guests will explore a blind multi-course family-style open forum dining experience with the chef in a private kitchen with each dish evoking thought and discussion with the chef based on a common theme throughout the night. We hope to include guest chefs and local artisans as the concept grows to speak on topics they are passionate about while preparing dishes for the diners.
Chef's Table Tasting
A more traditional tasting geared towards a smaller group, 2-4 guests, to explore ingredients and technique in a more intimate setting over 6 to 9 petit courses served by the chef. While also held in our private kitchen with the chef preparing each dish in front of the group, this is designed to allow the guests to invoke thoughts about each bite’s texture, taste, and emotion and spark discussion amongst the group.
