LOCALLY SOURCED, PRISTINELY FRESH, IMPECCABLY PREPARED
Up the grand staircase, daPesca is Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen's fine dining seafood restaurant. The menu is almost exclusively sourced from off the coast of New Jersey, with captains out of Point Pleasant and Barnegat Light providing us with much of their haul.
Executive Chef Craig Polignano offers a four-course $86 prix fixe experience, in addition to a seasonal $116 chef’s tasting menu for the entire table as well. On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights the daPesca menu is also available a la carte. Saturday nights we offer either the four course or the six course prix fixe menu only.
We offer our Chef's Table on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights for a party of 2 only, at 6pm. The chef's table is a multi-course tasting menu experience seated at the table in the kitchen.
