Mateo has been a member of Jockey Hollow since 2019, working his way up from runner to assistant captain to captain and finally as our service director, he brings a professional and calm demeanor to everything he does. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, both front and back of house, he is what some might consider a "Jack of All Trades".
